Be Resolute, instead!

Here's a seasonal twist. Don't make resolutions for 2013. True, each new year we can wipe the slate clean and start fresh. I can report with all certainty that no shortcuts have been discovered that can get you where you want to be without pouring your effort and enthusiasm into your dreams. Work hard, dig into what you want, become an expert and win. If you are satisfied with who you are and where you're at, continue the process. If "more of this" or "less of that" is what you're after, we are given that opportunity each morning before our feet hit the floor. Reinvent yourself each day.  Become that success you envision. And do it confidently!
